With immense pride and a commitment to continuing to lead innovation in agriculture, we held our 2024 Technical and Commercial Training Day, an event that brought together 60 dealers and more than 100 sales representatives from across the country for a day filled with learning, knowledge exchange, and camaraderie.
The day began with a guided tour of our plant, where attendees had the opportunity to see firsthand the production processes behind the quality and efficiency of each of our seeders. This tour not only reflects our dedication, but also the effort we put in every day to provide top-quality machinery for the agricultural sector in Argentina and around the world.
Later, we moved to Club Sportivo de Las Parejas, where we began the presentations. The Engineering and Development Department opened the event by providing a detailed overview of the features and advantages of our models, with particular emphasis on our seeding unit, recognized for its precision and adaptability.
The event continued with the Accounting Department, which provided an analysis of the current market situation and the outlook for the coming year, offering key tools to address the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
The Sales Department addressed key topics such as customer management, the use of sales tools, price list updates, and encouraged a valuable exchange of experiences among dealers, strengthening collective learning.
From the Marketing Department, we reviewed the initiatives carried out throughout 2024, highlighting the achievements reached, and together we looked ahead to a 2025 full of challenges, with a focus on strengthening the synergy between dealers and the company to enhance our digital community and continue positioning the Super Walter brand.
The presentations concluded with the Quality Department, which introduced the new processes we are working on, focused on the continuous improvement of our services, with a forward-looking vision.
To close the event, we were joined by Eduardo Colazo, a renowned sales coach, who delivered an inspiring talk. We concluded the day with a year-end dinner, celebrating our shared achievements and recharging our energy for the challenges ahead.
